Crispy Keto Chicken Wings

  • 1 lb chicken wings

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • Sauce of choice


  1. Preheat the oven to 415°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.

  3. Season the chicken wings generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  4. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet skin side up.

  5. Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes before giving them a flip. Cook another 10 to 15 minutes until they are cooked through and crispy.

  7. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl.

  8. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat them evenly. Optional: Throw them back in the oven for a couple minutes to help the sauce really stick to the wings.

  9. Serve the wings immediately, garnished with your favorite herbs or spices, if desired.
