Creamy Keto Pork Chops with Mushroom Gravy

This Creamy Keto Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy recipe is one of my favorites for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Plus with food prices where they're at these days, pork makes for a relatively budget-friendly option. Perfectly seasoned and smothered in a rich and creamy mushroom gravy make this a delicious and satisfying low carb meal that your family is sure to love.   • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup beef or chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over the pork chops, making sure to cover both sides.

  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

  3. Add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms to the same skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

  4. Deglaze the skillet with beef or chicken broth, scraping the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Add heavy cream to the skillet and stir until well combined. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.

  5. Add the pork chops back to the skillet (including drippings), spooning the sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the pork chops are heated through.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
