Creamy Keto Cauliflower Mash with Garlic and Butter

This simple keto cauliflower mash is the perfect low-carb alternative to traditional mashed potatoes. Creamy and comforting, this dish is easy to make and a great side to any meal.


  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.

  2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a large bowl.

  3. Add the cream cheese, garlic, and butter to the bowl and use an immersion blender to puree the mixture until smooth. If you don't have an immersion blender, you can also use a food processor or potato masher.

  4. Season the cauliflower mash with salt and pepper to taste.
